                               INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

    Please note the church's following snow policy:

       1.    The Pastor, with the concurrence of the Clerk and the Moderator of the Worship and Music Committee, will decide when it is necessary to cancel Sunday morning worship and/or Sunday School.  The decision will be made no later than 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

        2.    A telephone chain is then put into place to notify staff, specific radio and and television stations, worship participants, Choir, Sunday School teachers, etc.

        3.    The message on the church's answering machine will be adjusted immediately to reflect changes to the regular schedule.

    When in doubt, check the answering machine at the church for the latest update.
